Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the fragility of globally optimised, lean supply chains, and theshocks that followed, including the war in Ukraine, port congestion and regional conflicts, have shown thatdisruption is now a recurring condition rather than an exceptional event. This paper proposes Resilience inMotion, a five-stage framework (Sense, Absorb, Adapt, Recover and Learn) for mitigating global supply chain disruptions in the post-pandemic era. The framework is grounded
