Cellular adaptation to environmental, chemical, and physical perturbations is governed byhighly dynamic and coordinated changes at the protein level. In eukaryotic model organismssuch as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, these changes are particularly complex due to extensive post-translational regulation, subcellular compartmentalization
