Abstract

With increasing industrial growth and environmental concerns, smart monitoring solutions are important for sustainable water management. The Smart Water Treatment Monitoring System for Textile Dyeing Units helps supervise and control wastewater treatment effectively. Textile dyeing industries produce large amounts of chemically polluted wastewater, so continuous monitoring is necessary before releasing it into the environment. This system uses IoT-based sensors and real-time monitoring to measure important water quality parameters such as pH, temperature, turbidity, and chemical levels. By analyzing this data, industries can ensure proper treatment and meet environmental regulations.

The system also uses intelligent data analysis and automated alerts to detect abnormal conditions in the treatment process and inform operators immediately. It improves operational efficiency by optimizing chemical usage, minimizing water wastage, and maintaining consistent treatment performance. Data collected from the sensors can be stored on cloud platforms, allowing remote monitoring through web or mobile applications. This approach supports sustainable industrial practices by reducing environmental impact while improving productivity and regulatory compliance. Overall, the system offers a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective solution for wastewater management in textile dyeing industries.
