Abstract

The Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector continues to face persistent vulnerability to large-scale supply-chain disruptions, underscoring the need for resilient, systematically designed market strategies. This study adopts an evidence-informed conceptual synthesis with simulated validation to examine how evidence-based consulting frameworks can enhance CPG market resilience in post-crisis environments. Drawing on peer-reviewed literature and established consulting practices, the paper develops an integrated analytical framework that links supply-chain disruption types, core resilience capabilities, consulting intervention levers, and resulting market outcomes. A structured thematic synthesis is complemented by synthetic, scenario-based performance indicators to illustrate directional effects on key resilience metrics, including recovery speed, fulfillment reliability, and operational stability. While the quantitative values are illustrative and non-empirical, they provide analytical clarity regarding relative improvements and trade-offs associated with framework adoption.
