Abstract

Microservices-based systems operate in environments where traffic patterns fluctuate, resources vary, andservice dependencies change continuously. Under these conditions, reliability becomes difficult tomaintain using static configurations. Timeout values, retry policies, circuit breakers, and load-shedding thresholds are typically tuned for expected operating conditions
