Abstract

Enterprise transformation traditionally prioritizes operational efficiency and financial returns. A contemporary shift towards sustainable value realization necessitates a more expansive perspective, integrating economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This research introduces a multi-dimensional framework for enterprise transformation, designed to foster sustainable value outcomes. It synthesizes insights from the evolution of transformation paradigms, comprehensive value models, and the transformative capacity of digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain. The framework delineates critical dimensions of value creation, identifies strategic drivers and persistent barriers, and underscores the central role of organizational change management and continuous improvement. The proposed structure offers a systematic approach for organizations to transition from linear, fragmented operational models to integrated, regenerative systems. It provides theoretical contributions by extending existing models of value creation and offers practical guidance for leaders navigating complex sustainable transitions.
