Abstract

ICT is becoming one of the most significant development-enabling factors. Prior research has acknowledged the significance ofthe adoption procedures. They do not, however, specify the theory and guiding principles needed to effectively managethem.Whilediscussing the inability to adopt information technology in general, the majority of research concentrate on assessing important adoption success elements.
