Abstract

Artificial intelligence has become a critical component within modern telecommunications development,facilitating smart network enhancement, automatic problem resolution, and flexible resourcecoordination. As communication systems become increasingly autonomous through deep learning,computer vision, and agentic intelligence, societal consequences emerge that go beyond conventional technical performance metrics.
