Abstract

The growth of large-scale fiber optic networks has required a paradigm shift to be made on the basis ofmanual testing methods, which are now being supplanted by automated optical testing models, which areaccompanied by predictive reliability modeling functionalities. The current network context, requiringsustained quality assurance of thousands of fiber connections spanning long geographic limits and having reactive operational orientations
