Abstract

Background: Stage IIIA (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) presents substantial therapeutic challenges due to its intermediate status between resectable early-stage and unresectable advanced disease. The optimal induction approach remains controversial,primarily between induction chemotherapy (IC) alone and induction chemoradiotherapy (CRT).
