Abstract

Cricket fast bowling represents one of the most biomechanically complex athletic movements,requiring precise coordination of multiple body segments to generate high ball velocities whileminimizing injury risk. This study presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of three primarybowling actions: front-on, side-on, and mixed techniques. Through systematic literature review
