Abstract

Young adulthood is a period marked by increased anxiety related to various factors like personal, environmental and professional stressors. The ability to successfully cope with these stressors is strongly negatively related to mental health outcomes. Furthermore, recent studies indicate a connection between executive function, and anxiety.
