Background: Synovial masses and mass-like lesions encompass a wide spectrum of benign, intermediate, and malignant
conditions that affect intra-articular spaces, particularly in large joints such as the knee and shoulder. Accurate
characterization and grading of these lesions are essential for clinical management, as many of these entities can mimic
