Abstract

The aim of this article is study of groups with nilpotent Factor-group by (polycyclic-byČernikov ).A relevant role this investigation is played by the structure of groups in wich all propresubgroups are nilpotent-by-polycyclic-by-Černikov or polycyclic-by-Černikov -by-nilpotent ,
and such groups are discribed in the first part of the paper
