Traditional food distribution networks often operate through centralized systems,which makes them vulnerable to single-point failures, inconsistencies in product quality, data loss, and manipulation. Across India, daily reports continue to surface regarding cases of
adulterated, contaminated, or fraudulent food—especially in the dairy sector—highlighting the urgency for a more transparent and decentralized solution
