Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving digital environment, organizations are increasingly vulnerable to cyberthreats that span data breaches, system failures, and advanced persistent threats. Achieving operational excellence in cybersecurity requires a multifaceted approach to risk management, incident response,compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. This paper explores key strategies for
mitigating cybersecurity risks, emphasizing effective risk management, timely incident response,compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in cybersecurity operations. The goal is to provide organizations with a robust framework that enhances their security posture, minimizes operational disruptions, and safeguards critical digital assets.
