Digital technology has transformed the business models, operations, and customer relationships of huge corporations. Digital efforts are complex and require strategic foresight,organizational flexibility, and an understanding of technology's potential to disrupt and
improve business results. This shift necessitates leadership. The study examines how prominent business CEOs tackle challenges, uncertainties, and prospects related to digital transformation.
