Abstract

In this work, the potential emergence of developing a DT for simulating and optimizing PBM workflows is analyzed within healthcare ecosystem. The DT conceptual architecture simulates the end-to-end functioning of PBM (eg, formulary management, claim adjudication, prior authorization, rebate processing and member services) digitally.
