Abstract

Stress has become a common word for everyone these days. From school children to the elderly people everyone suffers from stress. The main cause of stress is overwork, not taking breaks in between work, lack of rest etc. especially in the case of women entrepreneurs they need to balance both house hold works and enterprise works, outside works etc. Work pressure is high and stress levels are high as they have to do every task single-handedly.Along with this, the difficulties and pressures from outside should also be tolerated
