Abstract

Inefficiencies, data manipulation, and lack of transparency plague traditional hiring techniques, which are essential to organizational success. Blockchain technology improves hiring in new and robust ways.Manual processes, centralized databases, and third-party intermediaries have plagued the employment process, causing delays, fraud, and privacy breaches. Companies used ATS, background verification firms, and paper-based ways to evaluate and attract individuals before blockchain. These systems were unreliable for large-scale hiring due to errors, inefficiencies, and high prices. Blockchain is used in recruiting because an immutable, transparent, and decentralized system is needed to streamline recruitment and ensure data security, authenticity, and trustworthiness
