Abstract

Educational systems have grown in recognition of the importance of adopting humanistic principles to promote holistic student development and organizational excellence. However, traditional educational paradigms often prioritize standardized testing and rigid curricula, which can hinder the implementation of student-centred approaches rooted in humanistic psychology. So, this research study uses a multi method approach to investigate the impact of humanist approaches on educational institutions and organizational excellence.
